Order Methods:
1. Shop fuss free online and submit your order via our shopping cart function and make your payment online. Most recommended.
or
2. Send us an email listing your order with your name, contact number and mailing address. We will get back within 1 working day.
Payment methods :
1. Mastercard/VISA via Paypal. This option will be available at checkout. You do not need to have a Paypal account to proceed.
or
2. Paynow payment to UEN 201435721MWAS. Please indicate your order number and name during payment and take a screenshot after successful payment.
Delivery Methods For Orders Below S$50 (nett payable)
Free local postage for all orders within Singapore via SingPost. No tracking available.
Order arrival within 2-3 working days upon mailing out of order.
Orders will be mailed out within 2 working days upon receiving of payment.
We exercise all care in mailing out orders however no responsibiliy will be borne for items lost in mail. If you want to opt for registered mail, please select the option to pay $2.50 for registered mail at checkout.

Free registered mail within Singapore via SingPost for orders above $50 (nett payable). Tracking available.
If you do not wish to have your order sent via reistered mail, please select "Free Normal Mail via SingPost" during checkout.
Order arrival within 3-4 working days upon mailing out of order.
Orders via registered mail will be mailed out every Tuesdays and Fridays.
Overseas customers, kindly email us at info@willowandsage.com.sg and we will quote you on your shipping costs.
